Operations Management
A phone number with text capabilites for location’s business is set up.
When necessary, Frachisee staffs as appropriate.
Anyone involved in day to day operations attends the approrpriate training course.
Required interior signage is appropriately displayed.
A grand opening event is held. (by the Franchise Partner)
Regular cleaning by a professional cleaning company is required.
All FF&E and MEP systems are properly working and in good condition.
Routine preventative maintenance is handled appropriately.
Suite Elite member benefits collateral is displayed throughout the location
Members are provided a safe and professional environment to run their business.
Vacant Suites are ready and staged for Member to move in .

Member Onboarding
Members are onboarded using the Smart Start Series.
Each member will go through member orientation prior to move-in.
Members are introduced and refered on all aspects of SUITE ELITE Resources.
Member is supported by Franchise Partner during move in.

My Salon Suite / Salon Plaza is the business of choice where Members stay.
An effective communication strategy is in place at location.
Franchise Partner actively engages with Member.
Member milestones are adequately acknowledged.
Each location has an engaged community of Members.
Location engages with the local community.
Franchise Partner attends regional events such as Hair/Beauty show, Member Appreciation Events and neighboring Grand Openings.
Member leaves location as a promoter with a fully refunded security deposit.

Franchise Partner understands marketing and recruiting terminology
Marketing and recruiting is done at the perscribed frequency to ensure high occupancy
Location Signage is current SMF approved material, in good condition and visible from high traffic areas.
The Franchise partner offers the MSS/SP referral program
Google my business listing for the location is correct, complete and up to date.
Organic Social Media is used by the location to create brand awareness, generate leads and advertise Members.
The Franchise Partner regularly engages in community events and networking opportunities
The website location page is complete and up to date. Website is used as a promotional and client recruitment tool.
Craigslist is used as a marketing and auditing tool for local competition
The location uses paid ads to generate leads
The location uses Direct Mail to generate leads
The Franchise Partner engages with all leads using text campaigns
The Franchise partner advertises the Smart Start package to all leads
Franchise Partner has strong lead generation for store occuapancy and maturity.
The Franchise Partner stages at least 2 suites when the location is under 85% occupied.
Franchise Partner participates in National Ad Fund based on their Franchise Agreement.

The Franchise Partner meets the following conversion rates Lead to tour 50%, Tour to Lease 50%, Lead to Lease 25%

The tour strategy is executed with all leads
Suite Sharing Program is offered at the location when appropriate
